RURAL WELD COUNTY COLORADO
Conventional Lyons Sandstone

The Lyons is a Permian age aeolian reservoir with widespread deposition across the western edge of the Denver Basin. The largest Lyons fields, Black Hollow (1953) & Pierce (1955), produced cum oil of over 12 MMBO each. Our acreage has structures observed on both 3D seismic and J Sandstone structure, and also lies within the high resistivity, productive grey facies. Based on the size of the structure, we believe the field has the potential to produce over 1 million barrels of oil.

Unconventional Niobrara Shale & Codell Sandstone

• Acreage is in the thermally mature and high resistivity Niobrara and Codell area of Weld County
• Substantial horizontal Niobrara and Codell drilling and permitting activity
• Horizontal drilling technology and multi-stage completions enhance Niobrara and Codell production rates and EUR’s
• Acreage position lies between Wattenberg Field and Fairway Field on the border of WY and CO
